Kip Roberts is currently the VP of Strategy, M&A & Portfolio Management for Medtronic’s Neuroscience Portfolio, which comprises the Cranial & Spine, Neuromodulation, Neurovascular, ENT, and Pelvic Health operating units. His healthcare career began at Eli Lilly & Company in sales, where he won numerous awards including Rookie of the Year and MVP. In 2008, Roberts joined Medtronic’s Spine & Biologics business unit as a market development and referral marketing manager. Since then, he has held numerous roles of increasing responsibility across downstream and upstream marketing, strategy, and mergers & acquisitions. He is also a recipient of Medtronic’s Marketing Excellence & Compass Awards. Roberts received his undergraduate degree (BS) from Murray State University and an MBA from the University of Memphis.
